Carlos Arellano accused both the 14-year-old girl’s mother and her plastic surgeon partner of causing Paloma’s death by performing breast enhancement surgery on her without his consent. According to Mexican news media, Paloma allegedly underwent a number of procedures, including breast augmentation, a Brazilian Butt Lift (fat-filled buttock lift), and liposuction.
